Whatever may be in your plans today and this weekend, please take a moment to reflect on all that we have to be thankful for and all that we can so easily take for granted. For all we could find and point out that’s wrong … or may not be as good as we’d like, it would still be hard to overlook that in the United States along with a number of other countries as well, we are blessed and live better (materially speaking) when it comes to the basics in life … and … with respect to the United States, for the many freedoms we enjoy. Compared to many societies and people around the world, it’s far too easy to take clean air/water, a roof over our heads at night for granted. And speaking as a citizen of the United States, today I notice it seems most here aren’t oppressed for speaking our mind and enjoy a sense that in some way we can help set/change our own course in life to pursue our dreams and goals, whatever they are.
