2. Where do you provide service?

We service Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. For other locations, we require travel fees and accommodations 

3. How do I schedule a project or consultation?

Contact us via (978) 210‑6296, or submit your name, email, phone, event date, and project description. We'll then discuss your needs (e.g., number of videographers, mood, purpose, and optional drone coverage or pre‑production) 

4. How much does it cost?

We offer tiered business plans:

  • Bronze – $4,199/mo or $5,199 one-time service

  • Gold – $7,099/mo or $8,499 one-time service

  • Platinum – $9,099/mo or $11,599 one-time service

5. Can I customize a plan?

Absolutely! We offer a Custom plan to tailor services based on your requirements 

6. Do you offer drone videography?

Yes. We are Part 107 licensed. Add drone coverage to any plan for $500, or as a stand‑alone service for $1,000, subject to FAA regulations 

7. What does the editing process include?

Our team helps curate compelling narratives, refine your vision, and deliver polished content ready for distribution — we aim to “nail the story” 

8. Can I get raw footage without edits?

Yes — if you don’t need editing, we can deliver all captured footage the same day on high-speed drives to support your own post-production work 

9. What types of photography do you offer?

We capture everything from event photography to macro and light-painting techniques, and we even offer on-site printing to enhance the experience 

10. What kinds of live-stream services are available?

We provide end-to-end live production with playback, graphics, audio engineering, and full crew options to elevate your livestream to professional broadcast quality 

11. Do you conduct pre-production planning?

Yes—depending on your chosen plan, we offer planning sessions, site scouting, scripting, budgeting, and other logistics support .

12. How do you approach FAA compliance for drone services?

We are fully compliant with Part 107 FAA regulations to ensure safe and legal drone operations on every project .

13. How many videographers will I need?

We’ll help you decide based on project size: Bronze plans include one videographer + assistant, Gold adds a second videographer, and Platinum includes two shooters over one or two days 

14. What’s the expected timeline for getting content?

  • Raw footage can be delivered same day if no editing is needed .

  • Edited videos follow our agreed post-production schedule, depending on scope and plan.
